ROBOX500 AMR Controller

Axiomtek's ROBOX500 is a purpose-built AMR controller that is based on the 13th/12th Gen Intel® processor and aims at heavy-duty vehicles such as forklifts and road rollers – the next promising frontier for AMRs. The ROBOX500 is equipped with up to eight GMSL camera interfaces, providing a more stable and longer distance for image transmission, optimizing the data processing and ensuring the precision of working action. The ROBOX500 has rich I/O, such as two M12-type LANs, four M12-type USB ports, two CAN, four RS-232/422/485 and 16-CH DI and 8-CH DO to meet the demands of AMR. It also provides a variety of M.2 slots to support Wi-Fi/Bluetooth modules, 5G modules, AI modules and NVMe. Additionally, the wide power input can range from 9 – 60 VDC and the wide operating temperature is from -40°C to +70°C.

Featuring the most advanced Depth Camera in the Intel® RealSense™ family, the D457, the ROBOX500 is the first AMR controller in the X86 architecture with the GMSL interface on the market, positioning Axiomtek and Intel to carry out complex image transmission for even the most complicated working needs.

The ROBOX500 brings the best performance with the Intel® RealSense™ D457 depth camera via the GMSL interface.

Rugged & Reliable Design

The ROBOX500 is designed to be a workhorse with precision in challenging environments with its rugged design. From the mechanism, every detail on the ROBOX500 is designed for heavy-duty, including longer and thicker cooling fins, and M12-type lockable connectors. Also, the operating temperature is extended from -40°C to +70°C, and the controller takes wide voltage input from 9 to 60 VDC.
