Introduction
The AX92352 is a PCI Express x1 vision card with encoder inputs and real-time controls. It features 2-CH 32-bit incremental quadrature encoder input with FIFO (first in first out) buffers. It also integrates 4-CH isolated trigger input and 4-CH isolated trigger output with microsecond-scale control and 8-CH isolated DI and DO for sensor and actuator control. With the support of encoder input and real-time I/O control, the AX92352 is able to synchronize multiple cameras in area scan applications. It also can record the encoder positions and trigger the cameras for inline production inspections.
